‍Waiting for professional Images

I was commissioned to create an artwork incorporating two heart arrhythmia’s, these being his & hers. There were no further specifications regarding the outcome of the artwork.I felt the best way to portray the sense of forever love, aliveness as well as self love would be portrayed through a mirror. Being able to view the artwork whilst looking at yourself or even each other. I also thought it was crucial to animate the two arrhythmia’s just like it would on a heartbeat monitor to convey the sense of being alive.After countless prototypes and testing I managed to put together a 120x120cm Steel frame mirror incorporating the two Neon lights programmed to animate just that. Even tried to give it a slight infinity effect. The lights do turn off, allowing it to function as a regular mirror as well as change hues.(Note the projector above has nothing to do with the artwork)
